Verification and Maintenance of Electronic Truck Scale
Electronic Truck Scale (static) is one of the most widely used weighing instruments in our country. Electronic truck scale is a large scale, which is mainly used for weighing the weight of vehicles and used to weigh bulk goods in factories, mines, enterprises, etc.,. Generally speaking, an electronic truck scale is composed of a load-bearing device (scale body), a load conversion mechanism (weight sensor) and a load measuring device (weighing display instrument or weighing display).
1.Electronic truck scale verification
(1)The verification of electronic truck scale is divided into first verification, follow-up verification and in-use verification.
①The first verification is the verification of the electronic truck scale that has not been verified. The first verification items are divided into zero setting and tare equipment accuracy test, weighing test, tare measurement test, partial load test, discrimination test and repeatability test .
②Subsequent verification is also called subsequent verification, including regular verification and post-maintenance verification. The verification items are the same as the first verification items, and the maximum allowable error is the same as the maximum allowable error of the first verification.
③The inspection items in use are the same as the subsequent verification items, and the maximum allowable error is twice the maximum allowable error of the first verification.
Before verification, please check whether the Load Cell, the weighing display and the scale body are in a standard state or a specific state. After the components pass the inspection, the electronic truck scale should be fully heated before continuing to operate.
The standard instrument used for verification is the standard weight, and its maximum allowable error should not be greater than 1/3 of the maximum allowable error of the electronic truck scale in the corresponding weighing. When the total mass of the standard weight cannot reach the maximum weight of the truck scale, other constant loads can be used instead of the standard weight, provided that the standard weight should be 50% of the maximum weight.
2.Maintenance of electronic truck scale
①Under normal circumstances, you should carefully observe whether the scale body is deformed or corroded, clean up the debris around the scale body and the bottom of the scale in time, and check whether the wiring is loose or broken.
②It is forbidden to perform arc welding operations on the weighing platform. If arc welding is required, please disconnect the signal cable from the weighing display controller.
③Pay attention to strengthen the daily inspection of the sensor cable and observe whether the cable is damaged, squeezed or broken to ensure that the cable is intact.
④If the Weighing Indicator is not used for a long time (more than one month), it should be energized and checked according to environmental conditions to prevent moisture or other harmful gases.
⑤When the weighing indicator is not used for a long time, the power supply must be cut off when changing the fuse or moving the position.
⑥Before turning on the power of the system, the reliability of the grounding equipment of the power must be checked, and the power must be cut off before turning off the power.
⑦Before using an electronic truck scale, please check whether the scale body is flexible.
